When will my order arrive?

Is international delivery available?

What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?
Please refer to the return policy to understand the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges. In the event of a manufacturing defect that qualifies for a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs—both for returning the item to the company and for the subsequent reshipment. However, the cost of the product itself is not charged to the customer, in accordance with the return policy.
